L’atelier BorderPass 2019
En 2019, le Festival Ciné Jeunesse a lancé pour la deuxième fois le projet BorderPass en collaboration avec les festivals de cinéma Dokufest (Kosovo), Pravo Ljudski (Bosnie-Herzégovine) et KREF (Serbie). En été, 15 jeunes âgés de 15-19 ans en provenance de Suisse, du Serbie et de Bosnie-Herzégovine ont participé à un atelier de films documentaires à Sarajevo. Au cours de cette semaine de travail intense, ils ont réalisé cinq courts-métrages inspirés par le thème «Memories of Spaces».

BorderPass Artist Talk 2020 avec Kumjana Novakova
Kumjana Novakova travaille dans le domaine du cinéma et de l’art audiovisuel. Au cours de ses études, elle se consacra aux sciences sociales et à la recherche sociale à Sofia, Sarajevo, Bologne et Amsterdam. Actuellement, elle travaille en qualité de curatrice cinématographique pour le Musée d’art contemporain de Skopje. Elle collabore en outre avec différents festivals de films, plateformes de cinéma et expositions, et organise une large palette de programmes.
Elle est professeure invitée au département non-fiction de l’ESCAC, Barcelone, Espagne, et a jadis enseigné au film.factory de Béla Tarr à Sarajevo. En tant qu’auteure, elle réalise des projets à la croisée du cinéma et de l’art contemporain, tout en explorant l’interaction des identités, des souvenirs et du soi collectif.
